Percent Swing Ltd ("we") runs pcswing.com and makes SwingTrades. We're registered in England and Wales, company number [COMPANY NUMBER], registered office [REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS]. For anything about your data, email hello@pcswing.com.

• It sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking.
• It has no forms and no accounts.
• It's hosted by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks. Cloudflare acts as our processor, and our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser remembers the choice in its own storage. It never leaves your device.

We keep your email address and what you write so we can reply, for as long as the conversation needs and then up to [RETENTION PERIOD]. Our email is hosted by Apple (iCloud). Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering you.

SwingTrades runs on your own Mac. Your Kraken key, balances, orders, settings and tax records are stored there and are not sent to us. The app talks directly to Kraken using your key, under Kraken's own terms and privacy policy.

The app checks a Cloudflare-hosted address for updates. Like any web request, that check reaches Cloudflare with your IP address, but it carries no trading data.

If you turn on Telegram messages, the app sends details such as filled orders and alerts to your own Telegram bot, so they are stored on Telegram's servers under Telegram's terms.

The optional online dashboard, which isn't yet available to new users, keeps a copy of your dashboard figures in a Cloudflare account we run, so you can see them away from your Mac. Your Kraken key and your tax reference are never sent there. This section will say more before it opens to anyone else.

Cloudflare and Apple may process data in the United States and other countries. Where they do, they rely on the UK's approved safeguards for international transfers.

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we'll reply within a month. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
